The club from Savaneta beat River Plate with the score of 2-1, a game where all goals happened in the first half of the game. River Plate bounced back to cut the lead in half at ’33, a PK well taken by John-Rick Kelly, but that’s also how the game ended 2-1, La Fama held on to advance to semis.

Two goals scored each by Jorge Luis Zarate at ’14 (PK) and ’30 and Ludgeneson de Cuba at ’51 and ’60, and a single goal by Jean Marc faro at ’81. The only goal (an Olympic Goal) from the corner flag for FC San Nicolas by Johan Marquez at ’18.
Dakota beats Nacional 1-0 in a hard-fought match showcasing the two Copa Betico finalists from last year. Half time went in with no score but some good chances for each team. The lone goal in the match was by Daniel Briceño at ’55. Dakota, still unbeaten this season, reaches semis and will now meet Bubali.
Bubali and Britannia battled tooth and nail for a spot in the semi-final. At the end Bubali prevailed (once again this season) against the Division di Honor double champions. Two goals by the Dinamic Scoring Duo of Miguel Pombo (’42 and ’78) and Antonio Fawcett at ’74 for Bubali. For Britannia Stiven Rua (’81) and Born de Nobrega (’88) scored to make the game a close affair in which there were three red cards for the Pumas and one red for Bubali.
